For lifts and escalators in new construction projects, our team works with architects and designers through all RIBA stages. This includes the vertical transportation aspects during feasibility, concept, and detailed design.
We produce bespoke specifications to meet your project requirements. Our team can manage or support the tender process. We then analyse the responses to support contractor selection.
Once a contract has started, we help monitor the project delivery and compliance with the specification. This includes reviewing drawings, overseeing the installation, through to final completion, witness testing, and handover.
