We do this through a combination of market research, applied science, listening to internal and external stakeholders, workshops with key team members, and integrating our knowledge and technical expertise to ensure your strategy is ambitious and achievable. We also provide all-important follow-through support to monitor and report on ESG performance and governance.
Our ESG clients include government and non-government organisations, capital funds, property portfolio owners and managers, developers and service providers. Specialist approaches we provide include developing bespoke ESG strategies and delivery of net zero carbon roadmaps for private sector and public sector entities at both the organisational and built asset levels. We also specialise in ESG reporting including GRESB, TCFD, CDP, SBTi and climate neutral submissions.
Working with frameworks including the UN Sustainable Development Goals, GRI and relevant industry and regulatory policies and guidelines, we help clients understand the opportunities available to them including green finance and social impact measurement, ensuring organisations and their leadership have visibility and clarity on the value ESG is delivering.
