PINEA Resort and Apartments
This new 26,000m2 luxury complex located by the seaside, will include three buildings. The development comprises luxury apartments fully owned by residents, a condo hotel with a swimming pool, fitness and spa area, and a Hilton hotel. All buildings will be connected by an underground passage and green courtyards.
All buildings will include sustainable, modern and high efficiency building services systems. A method was proposed that collects, stores and uses rainwater for watering plants. Our acoustics team advised on issues raised on vertical balcony covers and excessive noise levels in the apartments. Cundall also provided the heat dissipation simulation for the cooling units located on the roof.
