Morgan Stanley Chifley Tower Restack
Morgan Stanley occupies five floors of the premium Chifley Tower building in Sydney, and sought a reconfiguration, upgrade and refresh of its office space. A total floor area of 4,200m2 was redesigned and the fit-out refurbished to deliver energy-efficient open plan office areas, cellular offices, meeting rooms and a pantry area.
Cundall was engaged throughout the project from design through construction and commissioning to provide building services engineering. The reconfiguration of the floorplate required extensive modification to existing services. Our team also improved operational efficiency by innovative upgrades to Communication Room plant, tenant chilled water system and the tenant supplementary air conditioning plant.
