Our building services engineering team undertook the design of LinkedIn’s 1,600 sqm MENA headquarters located in Business Central Tower. The brief was to revitalise the workspace, with a complete refurbishment across two floors that would meet LEED and WELL Gold standards. The design goal was to embody LinkedIn’s mission into a physical space that embraced hybrid working.
The new design focusses on bringing staff together to collaborate, share ideas and socialise. All meeting rooms have been fitted with state-of-the-art technology to embrace hybrid work for a clear, collaborative experience. Key highlights include flexible collaborative working spaces, dedicated media recording room, a café, micro-kitchen co-working space, mother’s room and a games room. The team collaborated closely with all project stakeholders to provide advice and support on a weekly basis.
Marc Lynch, Associate commented “Working closely with SAY Studio, CBRE and Summertown we have created the perfect blend of agile workspaces with spaces for staff to collaborate.”
Providing a better working environment for employees was a top priority, through a more agile working space that incorporates a variety of work settings.
