This unique office space spans four floors covering 10,000m2. It has been designed to achieve LEED Gold Certification with many health and wellbeing components. The design incorporates WELL design principals such as fresh air, comfort of acoustics, lighting design systems that enhance happiness and productivity. The building’s unique shape is constructed from a steel structure, that presented some site constraints. These were resolved through major coordination with the owner to overcome interior design challenges.

The office has been designed to provide a comfortable open working environment. BIM was used for optimal coordination between all disciplines and stakeholders as the building was under construction and fit-out design was being undertaken simultaneously. The team worked closely with the building owner to meet the authority requirements and achieve the design approvals on time.

Issam Hammad, Associate Director commented "Through our extensive office fit-out experience, we have ensured that all works have been carried out to the client’s specifications and all building service installations are working correctly and efficiently."
