Each of our KSA masterplan projects, whether it be a regional masterplan covering hundreds of kilometres or rejuvenating a waterfront development, is set within the context of Saudi Arabia’s transformative Vision 2030.
Through innovative and collaborative design, we deliver strategic urban solutions, infrastructure and masterplans that create memorable and lasting places based on flexibility and long-term sustainability to generate value for future generations. Our team covers the entire design process of any large-scale masterplans, carefully evaluating sustainable development parameters and developing strategic plans for successful implementations.
A key factor in many of these projects is to hone in on the existing culture of the local area and both imbed and pay respect to this with the proposed masterplan and responding infrastructure.
