This nine-level medical centre has been approved as a private hospital and is targeting a 5 Star Green Star rating for design and construction. The project incorporates large floor-to-floor heights, oversized corridors, large lifts, ambulance bays, end-of-trip facilities, a rooftop terrace and substantial plant rooms, plus ground floor retail and café.
We have provided expertise including modelling from design through construction to ensure the development meets Green Star targets, achieves low operational energy use and has optimal indoor environment quality.
