Having started my career in the lift industry in 2002, I have had the chance to experience a variety of roles, from service engineer to service manager. Cundall has given me the opportunity to progress further in my professional career, whilst applying my extensive knowledge of the vertical transportation industry to provide the best services to clients and our wider team.

Vertical transportation isn’t a standalone discipline, collaboration with other disciplines is key to ensure the client receives the best service from us all. I have the opportunity to work with other teams throughout the business on a wide variety of projects.

In the vertical transportation team, we are always challenging each other to do better. The peer review process being a very important stage in what we do and we strive for quality and consistency to exceed the clients’ and our own expectations.
