Nandini Phadnis

Coming from a background in architecture, including sustainability principles in building design seemed interesting and the way forward. During my Master’s degree, I was exposed to the more technical side of design and was intrigued. I started with Cundall as a graduate in 2019, and since then have worked on a variety of projects. Understanding both worlds of design and engineering, it is truly exciting to see these come together to deliver an efficient building.

One of the best aspects of my role is working with the team members on a project and seeing the variety in approach and outlook towards things – this makes it challenging but also exciting. Collaboration between team members to achieve the best outcome is a great learning experience.

At Cundall, we always strive for excellence. As consultants, we are always looking for opportunities to improve, better understand client requirements, and improve communication. The result is providing viable solutions to the team to achieve its targets for the project - ultimately helping build stronger relationships with team members from other businesses.
