Michael Gosling

I have had an interest in engineering from an early age, so the decision to study mechanical engineering at university was an obvious one. Following the completion of my degree, I chose to work in the construction industry as I felt that every project I worked on would be different and offer the chance to develop creative solutions. After spending 13 years working in London, I moved back to the West Midlands with my family and joined Cundall in 2016, where I now lead the global workplace sector group.

Delivery of technically excellent design solutions is important to me. I enjoy spending time with clients understanding their organisation, the specific project needs and developing the brief. Once the requirements are fully understood, the most appropriate technical solutions can be found.

I enjoy working within a multi-disciplinary consultancy environment and draw upon the knowledge and expertise of a wide range of engineers. I am experienced at leading multi-disciplinary teams, collaborating with architects and bringing creative technical solutions to projects.
