Matt Dalby

I am an experienced Chartered Mechanical Engineer with a demonstrated history of working as an MEP consultant within the construction industry. I have led teams of engineers on multiple high-profile and large-scale complex projects and worked with clients from a wide variety of market sectors. I started my career in the UK and then spent eight years in the Middle East before relocating to Singapore in 2020.

I thrive on working with great people and Cundall’s culture makes this easy. My inherent inner curiosity often prompts me to ask the right questions while creating a safe and secure environment for my teams to be confident in collaborating and delivering design solutions that push the boundaries of their comfort zones.

I have a strong belief that team’s function at their best when individuals build a high level of trust and respect for each other. I seek to build this trust by leading with a strong personal integrity and moral compass. I am willing to challenge the status quo and have difficult conversations where necessary to deliver our projects successfully and operate the business in line with the firm’s values.
