After completing a Bachelor’s in Law and a Master's in Business Management, I have worked within Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (DEI) in the public and private sectors for over 10 years. At Cundall, I am responsible for developing and delivering Cundall’s DEI and Culture strategy globally. Prior to joining the business, I was Head of Inclusion at Newcastle United Football Club. Outside of work I am a Women's Select Group Referee for Professional Game Match Officials Limited (PGMOL) operating in the FA Women’s Super League.

I enjoy working with my team and colleagues across global business. Having diversity of thought and perspectives brings forward new and creative ways to deliver projects successfully. Achieving this is at the heart of what we do at Cundall.
Creativity
I am incredibly passionate about bringing creativity to DEI delivery. Coming up with innovative ways to bring DEI initiatives to life really enhances the impact it has on those who are engaged with them and, subsequently, the wider business.
