I have been working with the Irish business for the last 15 years, and leading the Dublin office since 2019. In that time, I have been part of its steady growth into a multi-disciplinary offering, where we continue to push the boundaries of engineering design. To further enhance my knowledge for the benefit of our clients, I recently completed a Technological University Dublin course on Near Zero Energy Buildings (NZEB) Policies and Technologies with the School of Architecture.
Engineering excellence
As a chartered engineer with a passion for sustainable design, my mission is to play a key role in helping our clients occupy spaces that promote wellness, are energy-efficient, sustainable and cost-effective to operate. As we practice what we preach (and for the benefit of our staff), our recent Dublin office fit out at St. Stephens Green considered health and wellbeing and created a space that aligned with the business’s net zero carbon commitment.
Collaboration
One of the best things about Cundall is collaboration between offices. We are a global business that works on global projects, so great communication has been instrumental to Cundall’s success. I also enjoy engaging with my colleagues across the world using our internal Viva Engage community, where questions can be asked and ideas shared by everyone at all stages of their career.
