Bianca Spoeala

I joined Cundall in 2015 as an admin assistant to help with the Manchester office refurbishment. I moved my way up to Office Manager then Marketing Assistant and now Marketing Executive. My master's degree in Business in Communication definitely played a role in my wanting to pursue a career in marketing and business development. I am so grateful that I get to do that and be involved in many of Cundall’s sustainability initiatives.

Being part of the marketing team gives me the opportunity to work with all of our offices on global projects and campaigns. This offers me a whole new perspective of being part of a global business and it expands my overall knowledge and expertise.

Creativity is at the heart of what we do and every single campaign, thought leadership piece and even writing winning submissions are examples of how innovative my team is. The amount of work and brainstorming we put behind every idea is reflected in the amazing projects we deliver.
