Andy Bishop

My father was an electrician and when I was young I had the opportunity to help out during school holidays, which ignited my interest in electrical engineering. I have now been working as a building services engineer for over 30 years and joined Cundall in 2014. I lead a building services team delivering high quality residential developments, and I also look after the global fire engineering team.

The world is a changing place, and we at Cundall strive to be at the cutting edge of new approaches for design solutions and new ways to technically deliver. On every project, we review our approach, what we do and how we do it to find ways to improve. I enjoy pushing my team into thinking outside the box and challenging preconceived ideas.

I enjoy working with our global teams and running large scale, complex multi-disciplinary projects. This also offers the engineering teams the environment to learn from each other and come up with innovative solutions.
