We are delighted that PwC Dubai has been awarded the International Property Awards - Best International Office category. This prestigious award has over 2,000 entries from over 125 countries around the world and is decided by a judging panel made up from some of the world’s leading authorities on design.
Cundall provided multi-disciplinary engineering services for the 16,000m2 office in Emaar Square, Dubai. The project is the largest and most adventurous of its kind across the region as well as for the brand. The overarching design allows each floor to feature subtle references to different pivotal locations around the world under the theme “office of the future”. This award is testament to the calibre of design being delivered within the Middle East.
PwC is one of the first offices in the region to be pre-certified at WELL v2 Platinum and to hold the WELL Health-Safety rating. We worked closely with SAY Studio, CBRE Project Management and Al Tayer Stocks - Building & Interior Divisions to deliver this exceptional project.
