We are pleased to announce the latest milestone in sustainable development in Birmingham with the topping out ceremony of Three Chamberlain Square. The ceremony marked the overall completion of the building's structure and celebrated the hard work and collaborative approach from the entire project team.

Paradise opening its doors to the community during the week of the topping out event, reinforced its dedication to engage with the local community in its journey towards sustainability and net zero.

Construction commenced in 2023 with completion scheduled for summer 2025. Three Chamberlain Square has already secured BREEAM Outstanding and NABERS 5*ratings at design stage, and is due to become Birmingham’s most sustainable and amenity rich commercial building.
