The Institute of Directors (IoD) has awarded Carole O’Neil the Chartered Director of the Year Award at the annual Director of the Year for Yorkshire and North East awards ceremony.

Carole, HR and Training Partner, has been at Cundall for 15 years and her role has evolved over that time to cover a range of wider operational management activities alongside leading the global HR team.

Carole also sits on the global management board, elected by the wider partner group, to run the practice day to day. Her role includes driving strategy within the business ensuring operational systems, processes and people are aligned with the overall strategic agenda.
