People
Is a knowledge manager a librarian? An information manager? Part of IT? No to all of the above!
This presentation was delivered by our Head of Knowledge Management, Rory Huston, at Digital Construction week on the 24 November 2021. He describes how Knowledge Managers can help influence your knowledge sharing culture in your organisation, to produce a better service more efficiently. We will describe the basic tools of the trade (communities of practice, internal programme management etc), ISO30401 (I bet you didn’t know we have a KM standard!), Knowledge management Chartership and certification.
