Riverside Two is a stunning office building in the heart of Dublin City Centre which extends 7,000 square metres and comprises of seven floors over basement car parking.
Cundall's Dublin team was engaged by the client (IPUT) to complete a whole life carbon reduction feasibility study, resulting in a strategy to reduce carbon consumption and optimise the building's energy use. In addition, we undertook the building services design for the fit-out of the sixth floor.
