To mark World Menopause Day 2022, we have brought together a panel of colleagues to discuss:
what menopause looks and feels like in the workplace
how it can impact colleagues directly and indirectly
what support can be offered, both practically and psychologically.
By talking openly about these questions, raising awareness both within and beyond Cundall, and putting the right support in place, we hope we can get to a place where the menopause is considered normal and not a workplace issue at all.
We hope you find our discussion useful and will be inspired to go and start a conversation about the menopause with someone (anyone!) today - and continue having the conversation in the future.
