Our graduate training programme aims to develop the skills, knowledge and abilities of recent graduates by providing the foundational knowledge required to successfully achieve chartered status during your early career.
The programme is split into key areas that have been developed to ensure you receive a balance of technical and interpersonal skills development that align with the competencies required for chartership.
Graduates also get the opportunity to attend networking events and connect with their cohort from around the world, become a STEM coordinator, take part in volunteering days, visit various offices and sites as well as getting involved in global competitions and engineering challenges.

I was initially drawn to Cundall for the diverse projects and the wide range of technical training provided. I have had the opportunity to work abroad, attend different construction sites and learn new software all while working towards my IET Chartership accreditation.
