As part of the development of its APAC business, and overall global growth, Cundall are excited to announce the establishment of a new office in Manila, Philippines. Cundall have been working on various projects from our offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Australia so this is the natural progression for the business, building on long standing relationships and offering the same high standard of multidisciplinary design and consultancy services.

Our Philippines operations will represent Cundall as our Regional Centre of excellence for Data Centre design, Sustainability, and Building Services.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Structural focused Revit Technician to join our team as Senior Structural Technician and be based at our vibrant office in Manila to produce BIM Models & CAD drawings for all stages of design on some of the most exciting building design projects in the world.

As part of our established team of expert engineers and CAD/Revit technicians, and working closely with colleagues of various disciplines, you will produce, manage and coordinate high-quality, design developed 3D BIM models (using Revit) for the purpose of coordination, collaboration and production of detailed 2D technical drawing packages in line with Cundall and Industry standards.

Having already been accredited with a relevant degree/diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering and having worked at BIM level 2, you have gained strong practical experience of using Revit in a similar building-based role, you are adept at planning and organising your workload and communicating effectively with engineering and technical specialists. You would also have good 3D BIM modelling, RC detailing and steel detailing experience.

You have sound knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks and BIM360/ACC, and have proven experience of working under pressure to tight deadlines, and crucially – share Cundall’s passion for creative, sustainable and intuitive design.

Knowledge working with ISO19650 standards will be an added advantage.
