Arden Square, a 44,000ft2 office space, is part of Radius Payment Solution development project. Cundall was appointed to deliver multi-disciplinary services for this four-storey office, comprising two wings of workspace flanking a central space. The central space provides amenities, vertical circulation, breakout spaces, meeting rooms, and a rooftop sky bar – all arranged around a tapered conical four-storey atrium. The sky bar, has a Star Wars theme and provides a unique, fun event space for staff and customers, spilling out onto a rooftop terrace.

With BREEAM Excellent standards and amenities focused on employee wellbeing, Radius at Arden Square is set to become a landmark of modern, high-quality office space.”
The design of the building is unique, and our team’s goal was to provide engineering solutions that are sustainable, innovative and integrate seamlessly with the building. By working together with the client and architect we have been able to achieve the client’s vision for this project – an inclusive, state-of-the-art office that suits staff and client’s needs.
