Bluebell Park School

Liverpool, United Kingdom

  • The £16 million scheme brings together two existing schools (Springfield and The Elms) to create a single facility for 180 pupils aged 3-19 years.

Bournville Place

Birmingham, United Kingdom

  • The opening of Bournville Place in 2008 has provided Cadburys (Kraft Foods) with an outstanding headquarters workplace facility in the heart of the historic Bournville conservation area.

Brooke Street Ferry Terminal

Hobart, TAS, Australia

  • This project recreates the former Brooke Street Pier with a modern and innovative floating terminal for use by ferries and cruise ships to service facilities such as MONA and Peppermint Bay.  This new waterside tourist and transport hub encompasses ticketing, cafes, restaurants, office and waiting spaces that offer the visitor a unique interface between land and water operations.

Brunel Building

London, United Kingdom

  • Cundall started working with Derwent London on the Brunel Building from as long ago as 2004, in its earliest guise, and obtained planning in 2009. In early 2013, Derwent London entered into an option agreement with the freeholder and head leaseholder of the site, unlocking the development of an office development of approx. 24,000m² NLA of 15-storeys in height, alongside approx 100 apartments, with 15% affordable, contained within a 12-storey new build development.

Bukowice - Low energy detached house

Bukowice, Poland

  • Cundall's expertise in designing low energy residential buildings helped to achieve a heating energy demand level of 23kWh/m² p.a., even with the extended building form and high degree of glazing. At the same time, a high level of thermal and daylighting comfort was ensured.

Burwood Brickworks

Melbourne, VIC, Australia

  • Billed as the most sustainable shopping centre in the world, Burwood Brickworks is one of Frasers Property most bold projects to date. This community-scale development will feature an exciting new shopping centre, parkland and civic plaza, 15km East of Melbourne’s CBD, in the City of Whitehorse. The retail centre will include a large proportion of food and beverage outlets, plus destination and experienced-based retail.

Canberra Airport

Canberra, ACT, Australia

  • The new 55,000m² Canberra Airport main terminal included a large atrium, two office spaces of approximately 5,000m² NLA each and car parks.

Cap Falco Villas

Madrid, Spain

  • Just off the coast of Calviá, this development includes 20 luxury villas with panoramic views. The key element of the brief was the client’s requirement to create a new style of environmentally responsible luxury housing.

Central Land Council Headquarters

Alice Springs, NT, Australia

  • This project has 2,856m² of office space, accommodates 140 staff members who were formerly spread around Alice Springs in five separate offices. It was one of the first building in Alice Springs to achieve Green Star rating, achieving a 4 Star Green Star -Office Design v2.
