T Galleria by DFS, Canton Road

Hong Kong, Hong Kong

  • T Galleria by DFS is a prime tourist attraction in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. It houses many of the world's leading luxury and prestigious brands. Cundall was appointed to provide ESD consultancy for the renovation of this shopping centre.

The Atrium

Sydney, NSW, Australia

  • The Atrium is a contemporary A-grade office building located at the edge of Sydney CBD's financial core. It comprises 16,832m² of office space over seven levels, with a 3,000m² retail arcade and parking for 188 cars. Cundall was appointed as the ESD consultant.

The Biscuit Factory

London, United Kingdom

  • A business complex is being developed on the site of the former Peek Frean’s Biscuit Factory that  made biscuits in Bermondsey for 123 years, until 1989 when the factory closed. The first mass producer of biscuits, it was home to baked goods like the Bourbon and the Garibaldi.

The Heal's Building

London, United Kingdom

  • Cundall was appointed by Threadneeddle Property Investments Ltd for the refurbishment of 39,000ft² of office space within the original 1930's Heal's Building on Tottenham Court Road.

Tiara United Towers

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

  • Tiara United Towers is a development of two 46-storey towers with the structural height of 193m, housing 50,500m2 of office space and a 5-star 370 room hotel. The podium of the building will extend over 6 storeys and provide retail and public areas. Cundall was appointed on this project to provide building services, environmental design and LEED consultancy.

Two Snowhill

Birmingham, United Kingdom

  • The Snowhill development is a mixed-use development by Ballymore and Hines between Snowhill Queensway and Birmingham Snowhill station. The £500m phased scheme has been partly completed on the site of a former surface car park. This second phase consists of the construction of a 15-storey, 75m high office and retail building, providing over 30,000m² of net lettable office floor area with basement levels providing 146 car parking spaces and 100 cycle spaces. There is a main core, which contains six passenger lifts, and a second core with four lifts rising to level six.

Waterbank Precinct

Perth, WA, Australia

  • Cundall is currently working on the Green Star Communities PILOT rating for the 6 hectare Waterbank Precinct Development site in Perth.

Westfield Sydney City

Sydney, NSW, Australia

  • Westfield Sydney is one of Australia’s largest sustainable mixed-use developments. It incorporates a new office tower, refurbishment of office space and the amalgamation of three existing shopping centres.

Wollongong Central

Wollongong, NSW, Australia

  • This 36,000m² GFA (21,000m² GLAR) extension includes three levels of retail space sandwiched by basement and rooftop car parking. The project has been awarded a 5 Star Green Star – Retail Centre v1 As-Built certified rating, which represents ‘Australian Excellence’ in environmentally sustainable construction. The 5 Star As-Built rating is the first and highest As-Built rating for retail centres in Australia. This rating was achieved without applying for a Design rating, an excellent result for the entire project team.

  • The Xiamen Vanke Square project is located in Jimei District of Xiamen City and is a major component of the historical North Railway Station development.
