Hong Kong Children’s Hospital

  • The Children’s Hospital is the largest Design & Construction building project to date from the Architectural Service Department of HKSAR, when measured by contract sum. This is also the first specialist Children’s Hospital in Hong Kong.

Hong Kong Science Park, Phase 3

  • Cundall was appointed as BEAM, LEED and sustainability consultant for the project of Science Park Phase 3, which has achieved a LEED v2009 Platinum rating and aiming to achieve a HK BEAM Plus Platinum rating. The 'Back to Basic' design approach was adopted, incorporating cost effective and functional green building design concepts, stepping away from services overprovision using passive devices and avoiding over-complicated systems.

Hong Kong University of Science and Technology Data Centre

  • Cundall was appointed to be a lead consultant to provide MEP, Architecture and Quantity Surveying services for the new data centre in Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). 

Liquidnet

Hong Kong, Hong Kong

  • Global institutional trading network operator, Liquidnet, appointed Cundall to assist in their relocation to a new office in Hong Kong. We initially carried out a technical due diligence to assist in the selection of the new location and were then appointed for the building services design of the fit-out of the new office.

T Galleria by DFS, Canton Road

  • T Galleria by DFS is a prime tourist attraction in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. It houses many of the world's leading luxury and prestigious brands. Cundall was appointed to provide ESD consultancy for the renovation of this shopping centre.

The Helena May Club

Hong Kong, Hong Kong

  • The Helena May Club was established in 1916 and the building retains its Edwardian grandeur and remains highly popular for residents of Hong Kong. As a reflection of its status among Hong Kong’s historic buildings, it was accorded Declared Monument status in 1993, ensuring it has statutory protection against demolition or alteration. It is one of only 117 declared monuments in Hong Kong.

Yau Ma Tei Police Station
