Natalia Duffy

I am a chartered engineer with a Master of Engineering and Master of Light and Lighting from the Bartlett, UCL. I began my career as an electrical engineer and in the past decade, I have dedicated my career in lighting design as that is where my passion lies. During this time, I have had the opportunity to work in a range of sectors including commercial, residential, education, transport, sports, masterplanning and dark sky.

Excellence is at the heart of what my team and I strive to achieve in our lighting projects. Having a background in both engineering and architecture allows me to combine architectural lighting concepts with engineering aspects in design solutions.

Creativity is essential in lighting design. Time and again there is no ‘set brief’ to follow, this allows my team and I to harness our creativity to consider how we can create aesthetic lighting fit- outs whilst always keeping sustainability and occupant wellbeing in the picture.
