I started my career working in construction, but I realised early on that I had an interest in sustainable design. Over the years, I have built up my career in ESG strategies and certifications, before joining Cundall in March 2023. I have already been exposed to some great projects and I look forward to expanding my experience further in the various sustainability workstreams that Cundall offers.
Creativity
Cundall is always looking to push the boundaries and solve problems with new innovative solutions. New ideas are welcomed which breeds a highly creative environment, where people of all levels are listened to. In turn, there is high morale and motivation within the team as they know their opinions are valued.
Collaboration
There is so much talent within Cundall and, with the business' strategy to embed sustainability into all projects and business operations, I have had some fantastic opportunities to work across disciplines and collaborate with people from all over the world. This has been a fantastic career development opportunity as I am able to work on international projects and expand my network.
