I first joined Cundall in 2004 as part of a Systems Engineering placement for my degree at Brunel University. After enjoying the culture and excellence in design, I accepted a graduate position, focusing on the workplace sector. Since then, my commitment to the pursuit of excellence in all we do has led me to lead our Global Corporate Real Estate (GCRES) sector, focusing on projects for end users and fit-out.
Creativity
Finding solutions is the most exciting part of being an engineer. Developing new and creative ways to provide answers to the competing brief requirements that emerge from our clients, aligned with strong business cultures and net zero carbon goals, has been some of the most engaging and fun work I’ve done and continue to do in my career.
Collaboration
Across a variety of projects, I really enjoy working with a diverse range of clients, consultants and architects. This allows us to execute sustainable and technically challenging projects with a sense of community and shared responsibility to do better for our client’s and the planet.
