Alex Presbury

I commenced with Cundall over five years ago after working in the events and hospitality industry in Western Australia. I started with an administration role in the Melbourne office and expanded my remit into HR as the growth of the Australian company has required extra support for talent management. I have realised I am most certainly a ‘people person’ and HR is a great fit for me.

I love to get to know people. Everyone has a story to tell, and I find their stories provide me with a real insight into them as a person. HR involves listening closely to people and working with them to help them find what they need so they flourish within Cundall.

Our diversity is a real strength, and there is an incredible amount of knowledge within everyone in the company. My goal is to help ensure everyone gets off to the right start so they can bring their enormous talents to the work our people do.
