PwC Dubai has been named the ‘Healthy Spaces Project of the Year’ at the MENA Green Building Awards 2022.

The MENA Green Building Awards celebrate and recognise excellence and best practice in the built environment across design, construction and operation of buildings in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

Cundall provided multi-disciplinary engineering services for the 16,000sqm office in Emaar Square, Dubai. The project is one of the largest and most adventurous of its kind across the region as well as for the brand. The overarching design allows each floor to feature subtle references to different locations around the world under the theme “office of the future”. This award is a testament to the calibre of design being delivered within the Middle East.
