It has been a busy period for the Birmingham office, and we are proud that we have now contributed to five ‘firsts’ in the Midlands.
Most recently we provided multi-disciplinary services to the first NABERS ® 5 Star low-carbon office with Three Chamberlain Square. This expands our portfolio of groundbreaking achievements, including:
- First WiredScore® Platinum highly connected office at Three Snowhill
- First NABERS® 4 star refurbished office at 5 St Philips Place
- First BREEAM® Outstanding sustainable office at Three Chamberlain Square
- First WELL® Gold healthy office at 15 Colmore Row, Cundall’s Birmingham office
We look forward to extending this list and setting the benchmark for other developments in the region and as a result improving the quality and performance of the West Midlands’ buildings.
