Cundall Manchester has expanded its structural engineering offering in Manchester with the appointment of Andy Gomersall as Associate Director. Andy joins Lee Leston-Jones to lead Cundall’s structural engineering team in the North West region, with a focus on assisting 25 Ministry of Defence (MoD) bases across the UK transition to zero carbon.
His expertise is in the design and delivery of major new-build and refurbishment projects across various sectors, including industrial and logistics, residential and workplace sectors. Andy is also a passionate STEM ambassador - he strongly believes in a more diverse and inclusive industry and enjoys sharing his experience to encourage future generations to choose a career in the built environment.
Commenting on his new role, Andy Gomersall said: “This is an important move for me, and I am looking forward to the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. I am excited to be part of a talented and creative team that is already working on many landmark Manchester projects.”
