We are incredibly proud to have been named Consultancy of the Year at the Construction Week KSA Awards 2023. The event serves as a platform to recognise and celebrate construction excellence within the Kingdom.

Cundall has been working on projects across Saudi Arabia for many years and the official opening of our Riyadh office in early 2023 has further accelerated our regional growth.

We have solidified our position as one of the region’s leading designers in multiple sectors including entertainment, with a series of on-going projects with Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN), as well as increasing the scale of masterplans and hospitality projects that we are delivering.

From challenging ourselves, clients and peers to meet our Zero Carbon Design 2030 goals, to implementing smart building solutions and digital innovations to fast-track design delivery, we are proud of the work we are doing to create a sustainable future for the Kingdom’s built environment.
