Bernard Tsui and Qucheng Yan have recently attained WiredScore and SmartScore Accredited Professional (AP) certifications, becoming the first in each of their respective offices to do so.

WiredScore is an internationally recognised certification scheme offering two types of assessments – its eponymous certification advocates for greater digital connectivity while SmartScore focuses on the integration of innovative technologies to create smarter buildings. As increasing globalisation has resulted in the international growth of firms and necessitated more secure and better-connected workplaces, the built environment sector has seen exponential growth in the demand for WiredScore certifications.

Earlier this year, Bernard and Qucheng completed the AP training programme and passed the exam. All three have since become WiredScore and SmartScore APs and are currently working with several clients in the APAC region to obtain these certifications.
