The role of AI in designing and delivering net zero

In a keynote presentation, Cundall Senior Electrical Engineer Syed Ahsan Baqi will showcase examples of the value of AI for advanced approaches to implementing smart city infrastructure, smart microgrids, building energy optimisation, renewable energy integration, construction carbon footprint reduction, supply chain optimisation and enhanced project management.

Syed will outline a process for incorporating and utilising AI effectively, and explain the added value it can provide, particularly on complex and demanding projects. The session will also include a panel discussion chaired by Aurecon’s Dr Mark Davie on AI tools to help us reach net zero, featuring Syed and Maria Mingallon from Mott McDonald.
