The recently launched UK Net Zero Carbon Buildings Standard Pilot spans multiple sectors, but what implications does it hold for the hospitality sector? This session will delve into the objectives set by the working group and the pathways to achieve them.

Oleksandr Poborskyy, Associate at Cundall, will kickstart the morning with a keynote speech providing insights into the Standard Pilot. Following this, Robin Pritchett, Associate Director at Cundall, will moderate a panel discussion addressing what the future of sustainable hospitality looks like.

Joining Robin on the panel will be:

  • Kathryn Hardy, Hotel Project Development - JLL
  • Jonathan Southgate, Associate - Woods Bagot Architects
  • Mariana Szebrat, Global Head of Decarbonisation - IHG

The panellists will share their thoughts on sustainable hospitality amidst evolving customer expectations and a shifting legislative landscape.

After the panel, there will be a Q&A session to further explore these topics.

If you would like to join the conversation, please email Inese Gailane.
