Graphenstone is a highly durable, breathable mineral paint with an ultra-low carbon footprint.

No added micro plastics, Trace VOCs (0.5g / litre), Graphenstone paints are a fusion of lime, other minerals and graphene – resulting in a mineral paint suitable for modern use. Suitable for use on commercial or retail projects – wherever standard petrochemical based paints might normally be specified. Its verified ultra low footprint can save tonnes of carbon – with no compromise on ease of application or performance.

In addition to the low carbon footprint, some Graphenstone paints also absorb CO2 at point of use for the first 30-60 days as the paint is fully curing.

All the plastic pots use 100% recycled plastic and are 100% recyclable. To ensure the embedded carbon footprint is as low as possible, the paints are shipped with a reduced amount of water, asking the customers to add a small amount from the tap, at the point of use.

What is a digital material passport?

A material passport is a digital document listing all the materials that are included in a product or construction during its life cycle in order to facilitate circularity decisions in supply chain management at the end of the building life.

At Cundall, we want to create a passport to materials/products that will also provide information before its use so designers and contractors are capable of making conscious decisions of products that could affect the embodied carbon and health well-being of a project, facilitating the inclusion of the best low carbon and/ healthy materials that align with their design.
