Our graduate scheme will help you achieve chartered status, whilst also teaching you the fundamentals to help support career growth.
Our graduate training programme aims to develop the skills, knowledge and abilities of recent graduates by providing the foundational knowledge required to successfully achieve chartered status during your early career.
The programme is split into key areas that have been developed to ensure you receive a balance of technical and interpersonal skills development that align with the competencies required for chartership.
Graduates also get the opportunity to attend networking events and connect with their cohort from around the world, become a STEM coordinator, take part in volunteering days, visit various offices and sites as well as getting involved in global competitions and engineering challenges.

Since starting at Cundall I’ve always been listened to and supported by my managers, which has allowed me to make huge progress.
