South Australia (SA) Water House became the largest building in Australia to achieve a 6 Star Green Star Office Design rating, representing world leadership. It includes an underfloor air cooling/heating system, a large glass veil to the west façade and trigeneration.
The 10-storey building, tenanted by SA Water and the Environment Protection Agency, was developed to integrate their laboratories and offices into one facility. The building features a range of practical and innovative solutions to achieve SA Water’s stringent sustainability performance requirements.
The elliptical building completed in July 2011 at 1 Bligh Street in Sydney’s central business district is set to create a new benchmark in Australia for sustainable high-rise.
This £100m office and retail development in London incorporates Land Securities’ existing properties 4 Wood Street and 120 Cheapside.
This 9,000m² speculative office building is the first building in Australia to achieve a 6 Star As-Built rating. The building has passive chilled beams throughout, with 100% outside air for improved indoor environment quality.
