Quintiles Transnational Holdings Inc. (NYSE: Q) is the world’s largest provider of biopharmaceutical development and commercial outsourcing services with a network of more than 28,000 employees conducting business in approximately 100 countries. It has recently relocated to a new office at Fenglin Life Science Park, Shanghai as Regional Headquarters. The project is spread over two floors with a total area of 4,172m² and is expected to accommodate 450 employees over the next five years.
Cundall was appointed to provide LEED certification consultancy, it was originally targeting a LEED-CI 2009 Gold level rating, however through working closely with the client and the design team a LEED-CI Platinum rating was achieved.

Through our extensive office fit-out experience we have ensured that all works have been carried out to the client’s specifications and all building service installations are working correctly and efficiently.
The 2,300m2 studio breathes new life into a former light industrial warehouse. It integrates innovative and sustainable workplace design to create an energetic and creative new space accommodating a team of 150 with room to grow.
Earlier this month, Cundall facilitated a workshop at 100% Design Shanghai 2013. Steven Lee and David Nguy hosted “Cool Wall workshop: Sustainable workplace of the future”.
