The Med Life Club Village is a five-star retirement facility in Paphos which will include over 200 units. This mixed use development also contains a medical centre, supermarket, cafeteria, restaurant, sports centre, spa-health club, administration office building, communal swimming pools and two underground car parks. The Village is due for completion in 2014.
Cundall is providing full building services engineering to this project, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing and energy performance certificates.
Site-wide utilities have been addressed to co-ordinate drainage, electric power, water supply and communications to all apartment blocks and communal buildings. Cundall has utilised experience from similar projects across to globe to review different types of heating and cooling systems to the apartments with low initial installation costs and good co-efficient performance (COP) for energy efficiency and low running costs.
The Hulton Square development comprises a compact layout of 250 house and apartments in Ordsall, Greater Manchester, including associated services, highways and a park.
The £60 million investment into one of the UK’s largest post-war social housing schemes will allow the regeneration of the Pennywell estate in Sunderland. The development is to be completed in a number of phases to provide more than 600 new homes of more than 20 different property sizes and types.
The River Quarter II is an 11-storey mixed-use building forming part of the regeneration of Sunderland city centre. The ground and first floors comprise a large bowling emporium and a café/bar.
