The latest redevelopment by Aviva Property Investors and Queensberry Real Estate has an anticipated construction value of £25m. This Grade II listed building is to become Manchester’s top dining destination with a £12m refurbishment of retail and restaurants as well as a £13m boutique hotel under the same roof.

The interior was also transformed, accentuating the original Edwardian architectural features.
