The redevelopment of a 1940’s Saw Tooth factory into a bulky goods retail facility creating 25 retail stores over three floors. The innovative design restores and re-uses components of the existing structure and maintained an 85% waste recycling rate to meet DA and Green Star requirements.

The project achieved a 4 Star Green Star - Retail Centre Design rating.  The combination of high quality design, reuse of existing building fabric, recycled materials and energy and water efficient strategies, have all contributed to a lower environmental impact to customers and the community

The mechanical ventilation system has been designed to minimise the use of potable water whilst maximising the opportunity for passive ventilation through the mall space.
