Harperley Hall provides national training facilities for crime scene investigation (CSI) training, including forensic science laboratories, crime scene mock up areas, a disaster management simulation room, teaching facilities, workshops and offices. It also houses overnight accommodation, comprising 80 bedrooms, a kitchen, bar and restaurant facilities in a rural setting.
Cundall provided civil, structural, sustainability, mechanical and electrical engineering. The project includes the refurbishment of the Grade II listed Harperley Hall, together with new-build facilities to BREEAM 'Very Good' standard.
Cundall worked with Aukett Fitzroy Robinson on the refurbishment of 50 Queen Anne’s Gate, now 102 Petty France, the former Home Office building which was originally constructed in 1977.
Our involvement with the Manchester Building Schools for the Future (BSF) programme comprised the building of 10 new secondary schools with a total construction value of circa £158m.
