New build office development at 93-95 Wigmore Street comprising 81,000ft² (7,525m²) office space above 12,000ft² (1,115m²) retail space.

The building occupies a prominent site in the West End, with an architecturally bold and striking exterior containing floor-to-ceiling glazing on all sides and terraces on a number of the upper levels.

Retail spaces sit at street level below the office floors, giving a balance of use across the space, with a series of three-storey residential units for both private and affordable ownership to the south of the building.

Cundall provided building services engineeringvertical transportation and sustainable design, recommending vertical solar hot water tubes at roof level which provide the building’s hot water in the summer, also doubling as an innovative screen to the plant. The site included two UKPN sub-stations presenting a number of coordination challenges to the design team.
