This project involved the base building refurbishment of 23 level commercial office tower to include five new levels of retail space and 18 levels of commercial office space.  The commercial office floor areas range from 508m² to 830m² with a total commercial area of 12,659m².  The existing building was stripped back to a concrete shell and the refurbishment included the complete rebuild of all services, lifts, interior fit-out, new façade and relocation of structural slabs, columns and walls.

Cundall provided energy consumption modelling for the base building, NABERS  rating analysis, tenant fit-out reviews, energy monitor through the first 15 months of operation and the final NABERS rating. The analysis and optimisation of the new façade and the building services allowed the refurbishment to be awarded a 4.5-Star energy rating.
