The Warsaw office has moved to a larger space to accommodate the continuous growth in the region. Located in the heart of Warsaw, the new office gives them more space to grow further and enables them to build their team of sustainability and MEP engineers.
The Polish office has been involved in building services engineering (MEP), LEED/BREEAM and energy assessments in Poland, as well as CFD/bespoke simulations for UK, Hong Kong, Australia, Singapore and the Middle East. In the last year, we have seen business opportunities pick-up in Poland with the team currently working on Skanska’s new headquarters, a 13,000m2 residential project in Lódz, a 2,000m2 energy efficient residence, a new architectural faculty for Poznan University as well as a BZWBK bank’s Headquarters in Wroclaw.
“Warsaw is an important city and Cundall is excited to be a part of it. This is a significant time for the team in Poland and Cundall as a whole. We are involved in great projects across a variety of sectors and this move will enable us to keep building our relationships with local clients, providing an enhanced level of service.” Comments Wojtek Stec, who leads the Warsaw office.
Steve Cook, Partner, commented: “We are very proud of the progress the Polish office has made in the last few years, this started with Wojtek moving back from the UK to start a family and support Cundall across the globe with CFD. Now the office can offer full MEP services. We look forward to celebrating this office move and expansion with local clients and guests and friends.”
To celebrate the office move as well as our 40th year in business, we will be having an event. Details to follow shortly.
